Who we are

While the Jackalope Carpentry name was officially established in 2020, the foundation behind it was built years earlier.

My grandfather owned a wood shop, and from a young age I had the opportunity to be around woodworking, tools, and the process of turning raw materials into something useful and beautiful. Those early experiences gave me an appreciation for craftsmanship that has stayed with me ever since.

With a background in engineering and years of hands on experience working with wood, I started Jackalope Carpentry with a simple goal: to bring together precision, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design go create cabinetry that is built specifically for each space.

What began as a passion has grown into a custom cabinetry business serving homeowners, builders, and designers throughout the Salt Lake City areas. From a single custom feature to an entire home, I take pride in being involved throughout the process. From the initial measurements and material selection to the final installations and adjustments.

Today, we continue to carry that same appreciation for craftsmanship into every project. We’re not interested in simply filling a space with cabinets. We want to create something that feels intentional, functions beautifully, and is built to last.

Why Choose Us?

With an engineering background and a passion for quality craftsmanship, we approach every project with precision from design through installation.
